"You're sitting in a freshly drywalled house, drinking coffee from a plastic foam cup and talking on a cellphone. Which of these is most likely to be a cancer risk? It might be the sitting, especially if you do that a lot." This is how an AP report this morning began when talking about exactly what are all these carcinogens
we've been talking about, like cell phones, coffee, styrofoam cups and the like. So, let's put it like this. Everything CAN cause cancer--just about. What are you doing to take care of yourself and prevent it from happening? Are you eating lots of fruits and vegetablesand whole grains? Are you doing at least a minimal amount of activity and exercise? Are you sleeping enough, drinking enough water and working on the stress? And of course, I hope you aren't smoking. So, if you want to help yourself the most, worry less about the cell phones (use them normally, do not talk on them all day and night), worry less about your cup of coffee and concentrate on the things that you absolutely CAN control and that will bring you a much better quality of life. It's up to you!
